Building Trade Skills Centre UK Ltd (BTSC) is an advanced Trades skills centre offering, Plumber Training and Electrician Training Organization providing City & Guilds qualifications and ACS Gas Certification. Our fully equipped and high tech training facilities based in London and Manchester offer fast track plumbing training and electrician training courses.

Since taken over by Richard Hunt in December 2010, BTSC UK Ltd ( http://www.btsc.co.uk/) has successfully resolved some of the major management and Agreement issues that affected the company’s reputation and relations with student trainees. The new owners are working tirelessly to make BTSC (http://www.btsc.co.uk/) a centre of excellence, offering courses to the highest standards, and creating a work environment all involved love to be a part of.

One of the main issues in BTSC that trainees have to face was that complaints had to be sent in writing and a 10 day reply rule was in place for a response. We now deal with such issues or complaints in person or through phone calls. We are now able to make our own decisions as a centre and come to a reasonable agreement, such as meeting the trainees half way. We understand that trainees need to become qualified and get into work as quickly and effectively as possible. We have therefore invested heavily in a careers centre and are proud to offer job placements for our trainees.

Another huge success for BTSC in 2010, rather than asking people to write in, to have to wait 10 days for a letter, refusing any help. We have much better and effective system to deal with complaints. We deal with all of them on a case by case basis and contact each concerned person and try to resolve all issues as soon as possible in an amicable way.

We are working around the clock to set the standards in the industry and building relationships with our governing bodies, course trainers, as well as all the people concerned with BTSC (http://www.btsc.co.uk/).
