Bulk Agaroses now manufactured in India

India-based SRL (Sisco Research Laboratories) has successfully upgraded it’s manufacturing capabilities of producing it’s highly reputed range of Molecular Biology grade product line of speciality Agaroses (regular, beaded and Cross-linked froms called Seraloses), Sodium Lauryl Sulphates and Acrylamide powders.

Agarose, a highly purified form of sea weed extracted Agar, is a widely used substance in Electrophoresis techniques and Size Exclusion Chromatography. These are used specifically in separation and analysis techniques for Protein and DNA Studies.

The Company already produces high grade products like IPTG, NBT, TTC, Red TTC, X-Gal, X-Glu, DTT, DTE and entire range of products in GMP facilities at it’s Taloja (Mumbai) facility and is continuously involved in the developmental work of up-scaling other products in this speciality Industry.
