CA Technologies Donates Land to Benefit Local Veterans

Long Island Home Builders Care Development Corp. to Construct Six New Homes for Soldiers Returning From Iraq and Afghanistan

ISLANDIA, NY, February 28, 2013 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced the donation of 3.1 acres of land to the Long Island Home Builders Care Development Corp. (LIHBCDC) to support efforts in building and providing new homes for returning veterans.

LIHBCDC is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit charitable arm of the Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI). Through the donation of land and dollars, and the donation or reduced charges of materials and labor, homes are awarded for purchase at a substantially reduced price to veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan who have applied and have been selected by a panel of VFW commanders. This program is made possible through the joint efforts of Suffolk County, private donors, local municipalities and members of LIBI through LIHBCDC’s “Building New Homes for Returning Veterans” program.
