Cadac Organice Workbox 2010 R4 includes new features and functionalities for advanced workflow management in Microsoft SharePoint

The new release includes new features and functionalities for advanced workflow management in Microsoft SharePoint.
 
Cadac Organice Workbox is a software solution for workflow management in Microsoft SharePoint. It supports project-driven engineering industries in automating business processes with productive workflows in SharePoint. Release 2010 R4 offers several new features and functionalities, and supports workflow innovations introduced in SharePoint 2010.
 
As a result of the support of workflow innovations, users are able to define 4 types of workflows: List Workflows, Site Workflows, Reusable Workflows and Globally Reusable Workflows. Reusable Workflows allow using a single workflow definition on several lists in a single site. Globally Reusable Workflows allow using a single workflow definition on several lists in multiple sites within one site collection. The new capabilities offer users more flexibility in defining and using workflows in SharePoint lists, sites and site collections.
 
Extended Launch Forms allow users to export data to SQL Reporting Services, Excel spreadsheets or any other reporting tool and analyze workflows to evaluate processes, find bottlenecks and streamline work. Extended Loop Activity allows performing one or more tasks repeatedly within a workflow. An iteration counter monitors and shows how many times tasks have been repeated and the status of the overall workflow execution. This is very useful when batch operations need to be performed on many items or documents.
 
Other features include extended field permissions with attachments and author information, an activity to create and add new users to Active Directory, an activity to send SOAP requests to web services, an activity to run PowerShell Scripts, and an activity to add new items and immediately set item field values. Also the custom End State Name is now displayed in the workflow history.
 
Cadac Organice Workbox 2010 R4 is compatible with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Foundation and Server and is available to customers from January 2012.
