CADtoWIN is pleased to announce its new capability to connect AutoCAD to the Microsoft cloud service SharePoint Online and latest SharePoint 2013 version.

Panama, Rep. of Panama, January 20, 2013 - (PressReleasePoint) -

Such capability will enable AutoCAD versions 2010 through 2013 to seamlessly be integrated with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013 sites much the same way Microsoft Office applications do.

SharePoint Online is really useful for companies whose team design members work at different geographic locations around the globe. This integration enables to work on AutoCAD projects, no matter how complex these projects are because CADtoWIN provides a unique set of features for SharePoint connectivity. An example of those features is the ability to work with external references located in a SharePoint document library from within AutoCAD.

Other benefits from the SharePoint Online integration are the freedom from server hardware and software maintenance tasks, the use of secure Microsoft office live accounts, and the communication platform Microsoft offers from live applications.

By connecting to the latest SharePoint version 2013, CADtoWIN also offers AutoCAD connectivity to corporate SharePoint sites in intranet, internet or extranet environments.
