This Caller Identification (ID) Software consists of two user-callable functions that perform the initialization and identification operations. It features highly optimized assembly or C implementations and complete caller ID information including name, number, time, and date.
Based on the Bell 202 or the V.23 standard, it has the ability to perform Caller ID on Call Waiting (Type II) test and simulation. It also performs non-volatile storage of test programs/scripts and results.
Apart from the above, this software also features low data and program memory requirements and can test products for performance under poor line conditions.
This Caller Identification (ID) Software belongs to GAO’s family of Telephony Software.
