Calsoft Labs Subsidiary Aspire Communications Achieves Latinum Partner Status for Renesas

Chennai, India, March 17, 2010 -- Calsoft Labs is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Aspire Communications is the first partner of Renesas in India to achieve platinum partner status Renesas Partner Program.

Aspire Communications has designed two products on Renesas.

• Media controller for the education sector - it is being deployed in the U.S. schools & classrooms
• BLDC motor control system for ceiling fan application - this solution is being deployed in Indias

Aspire Communications has been working with Renesas Singapore, Renesas Americas & Renesas Taiwan. Renesas has recognized our expertise & capability in BLDC motor control technology globally.

According to Sandeep Gandhi, Vice President Sales Embedded Division at Calsoft Labs, “We are delighted to have achieved this partnership status. This will help us give our customers high technology support using Renesas microcontrollers. Additionally, we will now be able to offer more product designs on Renesas chipsets.
