Capita acquires Retain International

Capita plc announces that it has acquired Retain International Ltd, a provider of resource planning, scheduling and management software, for an undisclosed sum.

Retain International develops and provides people management, planning and forecasting tools which are currently available in 65 countries. The software integrates with leading Enterprise Resource Planning systems. It has a strong customer base in the professional services market including accounting, banking, and consulting sectors. Key clients include the big four accounting firms.
