Paris, April 22, 2010 – Cellectis (Alternext: ALCLS), the French genome engineering specialist, will participate in the following Biotech events:

* BioCapital Europe, April 29, 2010, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands: André Choulika, Cellectis’ CEO, will present the company to Biotech VCs and institutional investors at 4:20PM in room 1, at the Krasnapolsky Hotel, in Amsterdam.

* Bio International Convention, May 3-6, 2010, in Chicago, USA: Dirk Pollet, Cellectis’ Chief Business Officer will take part in the panel “Effective Academia and Industry Interactions: The Role of Patents in Attracting Industry Interest in This Economy”, to be held on May 6, 2010, at 8:00AM, in room N427A at the McCormick Place in Chicago.
