Cezanne Software’s US partner, Sapien, Signs Skype in Divestiture from eBay

Sapien to Provide HRMS, Full Human Resources Augmentation and Benefits Administration in U.S.

Morristown, NJ – October 6, 2009 – Sapien LLC, the on-demand HR services company that combines transactional and strategic HR in one global solution, today announced that it has been selected by investment firm Silver Lake following its purchase of a 65 percent interest in Skype Technologies S.A. from eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY). Skype Technologies is the manufacturer and developer of Skype software, used by millions to make free video and voice calls, send instant messages and share files with other Skype users. Sapien will provide full HRMS, full Human Resources Augmentation™ (HRA) and handle all Benefits Administration, initially in the U.S.
