Cezanne Software and Fincons Group sign a strategic partnership to address Swiss market

The two companies, leaders in HR systems and ICT, will collaborate to market HR solution in Switzerland

Switzerland is the launching pad for the partnership between Cezanne Software – a leading provider of HR and Talent management software solutions – and Fincons Group – one of the main players in the technological consultancy and ICT sector. The agreement, which formalizes cooperation between the two companies that was begun in 2008, allows for the marketing of Cezanne’s HR software solutions across all of the Swiss Cantons through the sales network of Fincons Group.

Central to the new partnership agreement is the ability to meet the needs of the Swiss market by combining the detailed knowledge of the local ICT market, which Fincons Group has gained in over a decade of operating in the area, with Cezanne’s specialist expertise in developing SaaS (software as a service) and on premise HR and talent management systems.

Fincons Group, which been operating in Switzerland since 1994, offers its many customers payroll solutions that are specifically designed to meet the individual legal and language requirements of each of the Cantons.

Cezanne Software’s Swiss clients include the banking organizations BSI (a client since 2007) and Corner Bank (2008), the acquisition of whom led to the partnership between Fincons Group and Cezanne Software.
