Arvid Moss, 52, succeeds Ola Sæter, 49, who will take over as head of Global Smelters in the Primary Metal business area, in a move that will strengthen the company's ability to develop its current portfolio and pursue new business opportunities.
Moss, currently executive vice president of Strategy and Business Development, will in his new position retain responsibility for Corporate Business Development.
Moss remains on the Corporate Management Board, while Sæter steps down from the CMB.
The changes will become effective from September 1.
