Charles B. Shatzkin Joins Serapid Inc. as Business Development Manager for Stage and Theater

Serapid USA is pleased to announce that Charles B. Shatzkin is joining Serapid Inc. as Business Development Manager for Stage and Theater. Shatzkin will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Serapid Theatre Group in the North and South American regions, and for managing Serapid’s international theatre sales team.

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., Feb. 14, 2012 (PressReleasePoint)— Serapid, Inc., a leading supplier of lifts, quick die change and horizontal transfer systems, is pleased to announce that Charles B. Shatzkin has joined the organization as Business Development Manager for Stage and Theater.
 
Shatzkin will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Serapid Theatre Group in the North and South American regions, and for managing Serapid’s international theatre sales team.
 
Shatzkin comes to Serapid most recently from J.R. Clancy, where he served seven years as Director of International Sales, as well as the New Woodstock Free Library, where he currently serves as President and Development Director. Shatzkin has more than twenty years experience in theatre related sales, including strategic planning, international and domestic sales, directing promotional events and developing enterprise software platforms for entertainment software solutions. Shatzkin has a solid background in developing new markets, and has more than fifteen years of fund-raising experience in for and not-for-profit environments including venture capital, government funding, foundation grants and corporate giving, sponsorships and investments.
