Mr. Ravi Saund will now assume the role of Chief Operating Officer and will look to expand the growth strategy

New Delhi, June 27, 2011: CHD Developers Ltd, a leading real estate player of North India is pleased to announce that Mr. Ravi Saund will now assume the role of Chief Operating Officer. The appointment is another major milestone on the road to real estate development, and is key to maintaining the momentum in Delhi NCR as the company advances its project portfolio. He will continue to report to Mr. Gaurav Mittal, MD, CHD Developers Ltd.

Mr. Saund most recently was the Head Business Development, CHD Developers Ltd. In his new role, he will continue to serve on the company’s most senior leadership team and he will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of CHD’s sales, marketing, projects and services professionals on a national basis as well as company’s business development operations. With over 19 years of experience in the real estate sector, his impeccable knowledge of market dynamics has helped him successfully launch various projects in conjunction with market requirements.
