Chef Michael Bennett is about to release his next cookbook, "Underneath a Cloudless Sky". It is his follow up cookbook release to "In the Land of Misfits, Pirates and Cooks" and highlights South Florida cookery.

South Florida, January 11th, 2010~The Professional Image the "Publisher to the Culinary World", is announcing its second cookbook release in eight months.
The Professional Image and our website FoodBrats.com only publishes cookbooks. This is our second cookbook from a South Florida chef. Being that South Florida has always been a hotbed for new culinary eruptions, this is not unusual for such a fertile mind spring. We are working on the third cookbook by the middle of 2010.
"Underneath a Cloudless Sky" is a cookbook that features 120 recipes, more than 40 Full color food pictures and stories about what it is like to be a chef on the New American Riviera-South Beach.
This new cookbook features recipes developed with an eye towards the exotic. Multi-award wining Chef/Author Michael Bennett has created these recipes using South Florida's exotic produce and seafood bounty. As the subtitle states; he uses these exotic pantry items and reshapes them with a metropolitan vision. Chef Michael calls it creating a "Taste-Variance" with every bite. A taste variance is why you buy a new cookbook. People need to find something new to cook so their dinners are not so mundane. Giving the read a new, exotic taste (variance) is exactly what you will get in this book.
