Chicago’s own Dr. Kofi Maalik, Ph.D. has today announced the launching of his official web site, Dr. Kofi Maalik, Ph.D. http://drkofimaalik.com/. Dr. Kofi is the Host of Chicago’s CAN-TV’s “SPEAK ON IT!” television program and the internet’s Blogtalkradio’s ‘SPEAK ON IT RADIO” program.

Dr. Kofi Maalik, Ph.D. (aka) Lincoln Ashford received his AA from Central YMCA College (1974) his BA from Governors State University (1975) earned/awarded his Ph.D. from Union Institute (1981).
Dr. Kofi states that one “Chicago Tribune reporter (Staphnis Bandero) in 2008 stated in 2008, that his method of using trees, rocks, sea shells and African Birth Day Names to teach and demonstrate the handiwork of Mother Nature and Father Time as “URTHODOX.” He further states that one should visit and experience his web site’s photo galley (http://www.drkofimaalik.com/) and see the IMAGE IN THE TREE. He asked are the tree spirits showing themselves in human forms? Are they watching us? What was in the Corn Flake or Viaduct? Dr. Kofi is a consultant in the areas of relevant education, youth and family issues (gangs, drugs, teen parenting, etc.) Attitude Development, Spiritual Enlightenment. Rights Of Passage and other Community concerns. Dr. Kofi has over 30 years of experience in the areas of human development and services.
His doctoral project include the development of a trilateral educational/learning institution for African American youth and families consisting of The Institute For Attitudinal Change, Temple For Universal Truth/Shrine Of Ancestral Remembrance and The Center For Balanced Expressions.
Dr. Kofi Maalik frequently travels to West Africa and has sponsored visits for several African traditional priests to Chicago. He currently spends much of his time mentoring, facilitating analysis for spiritual empowerment, and providing Prescriptions For Success to those challenged by the social obstacles of our times.
His specialties include remedies for alleviating arthritis/rheumatism, male-female relationship issues and rituals of remembrance to ancestors, folk heroes and the living dead.
