Children’s Day Celebration at Frontier Lifeline

Dr. KM Cherian’s Frontier Lifeline celebrated Children’s Day with students of 8 different Chennai Schools by organizing painting and quiz competitions. Mr. Ashish Kumar IAS, Commissioner of Ambattur Municipality presided over the celebrations.

Dr. K. M. Cherian’s Frontier Lifeline Hospital, a leading cardiac care hospital in Chennai, celebrated Children’s Day with fun filled activities on November 14, 2010 at Frontier Lifeline Hospital to mark this special day. The event was presided over by Mr. Ashish Kumar IAS, Commissioner of Ambattur Municipality.

Prior to children’s day, Frontier Lifeline organized a Painting and Quiz competition for school students. Students from eight different schools enthusiastically participated in the competitions conducted by the hospital. The theme of the painting competition was conservation and environmental protection. Mr. Ashish Kumar distributed the prizes for the shortlisted participants.

During the event, Dr. KM Cherian, Chairman & CEO, Frontier Lifeline said, “We are happy to celebrate Children’s Day with the children from different schools and also with the kids at the hospital. In addition to caring for them at Frontier Lifeline, we believe a bit of cheer was brought into the children through the celebration today”
Speaking at the event Mr. Ashish Kumar IAS, Commissioner of Ambattur Municipality said, “I take immense pleasure to be in the company of Dr. K. M. Cherian and his team. It is always a pleasure to be amidst kids.”

The celebration also was marked by number of activities providing the opportunity for the staff and children to spend valuable and joyous time together during the day.
