) was issued 27 claimsunder United States patent number 7,868,693 for its Class-D Amplifier architecture; a continuation of the invention issued March 2009 under United States patent number 7,501,886.

O2Micro's patented IC’s innovative design enables minimized distortion. Class-D Amplifiers are commonly used to drive loudspeaker applications.
