Coldwell Banker Select Professionals offered a “Building for Success in 2012” breakfast seminar last week to bring new construction partners together at the Park Inn Harrisburg West, to deliberate over 2012 market conditions, priorities and idea sharing.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States., January 30, 2012 - (PressReleasePoint) - Coldwell Banker Select Professionals offered a “Building for Success in 2012” breakfast seminar last week to bring new construction partners together at the Park Inn Harrisburg West, to deliberate over 2012 market conditions, priorities and idea sharing.
 
Over three dozen builder clients from Reading to Carlisle were in attendance, in addition to another three dozen Coldwell Banker agents specializing in new homes throughout the eight-county footprint of Coldwell Banker here. 
  
The two-hour event featured the expertise of Mike Greene of the Homestead Group, reviewing the state of the real estate marketing in central PA and focusing on new construction market intelligence.  Other presenters from Fulton Mortgage Company & Central Penn Appraisals brought the crowd up to date on the latest trends in mortgages and appraisals throughout central PA. Brian Zulli, Esq. of Guardian Transfer offered insight on legal trends and title hot topics.  Coldwell Banker Select Professionals’ partner, Ryan C. Hess, presented a review of consumer behavior changes in real estate, and pointed to the 2012 marketing strategy by the brokerage. 
 
A closing Question & Answer session had the presenters on a panel, joined also by Brian Wassell of Trout, Ebersole & Groff accountants in Lancaster. 
 
“We enjoyed the opportunity to put the absolute latest intel in the hands of our builders and agents” commented Hess after the event.  “With the dramatically changing landscape out there and builders looking for the edge in reaching customers to close homes, we want to be a partner to them in more ways than just empty promises”.
