Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors was one of the top winners at the 2009 Greater Atlanta Homebuilder Association’s Atlanta Sales & Marketing Council’s OBIE Awards, which are the highest honors given to companies in the Atlanta housing industry. The 29th annual ceremony was held on November 7, 2009, during which the company received three awards:

ATLANTA (December 1, 2009) — Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors was one of the top winners at the 2009 Greater Atlanta Homebuilder Association’s Atlanta Sales & Marketing Council’s OBIE Awards, which are the highest honors given to companies in the Atlanta housing industry. The 29th annual ceremony was held on November 7, 2009, during which the company received three awards:

• Sales Manager of the Year: Wayne Anderson (Gold Winner). Anderson has been instrumental in the successful sellout of a number of conversion and new-construction in-town condominium communities, including The Stacks Phase I, Lenox Villas, MWest Townhomes, Peachtree Place, and The River West. An active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and a life member of the Million Dollar Club, Anderson has been a top selling onsite agent with Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors since joining the company in 1999. He was accepted into Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society in 2008, a level achieved by only the top seven percent of the more than 116,800 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

• Best Marketing/Promotion: Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors Stimulus 8 Promotion (Silver Winner). The company worked with Mock Advertising, an Atlanta creative communications agency, to develop the consumer education/incentive program in response to the 2009 housing stimulus. Stimulus 8 consists of educational information about the $8,000 first-time homebuyer credit; consumer savings of reduced closing costs, mortgage rate buy downs, builder upgrades and more; special pricing on homes (including bank owned); and job loss protection.
