Concert Technologies Enhances Nationwide Rollout Web-based Customer Portal to Further Maximize Technology Deployment Efficiency
Concert Orchestrated Processing System (COPS) Offers Upgraded Features to Enhance Technology Rollout Efficiency
DULLES, VA, DECEMBER 17, 2008 – Concert Technologies announced today the upgraded features of its web-based customer portal, COPS (Concert Orchestrated Processing System). COPS serves as part of its Internal Resources in the Maestro Technology Rollout System(tm) which provides nationwide rollout services and global technology deployments.
Key Benefits
These upgrades were implemented to further increase the efficiency of Concert Technologies’ rapid deployment services. This translates to expedited deployments, lower rollout costs, and overall success of the customer’s project. The new enhancements include:
• State-of-the-art data center housing with increased redundancy and disaster recovery provisioning to ensure project timeframes are not compromised.
• Fully web-based application for access anytime, anywhere.
• Custom billing plans to assist in speed and accuracy of invoicing.
• Warehouse system modifications that accelerate deployment time and provide enhanced asset tracking capabilities.
“When it comes to deploying multi-technology, multi-service, multi-site rollouts on a nationwide or global scale, the web-based software application is critical to speed and success,” stated Concert Technologies President and Founder, Dennis Mazaris. “This includes having the right information in the hands of the right people when and where they need it.”
COPS is used by customers to access real-time project details, the Concert Technologies Rollout Delivery Team to provide management capabilities of each technology rollout, and partners who perform the nationwide rollout and global deployment work at each site location. The upgrade also included the redesign of the look and feel of the web-based customer portal.
The Future of the Nationwide Software Application
Concert Technologies will continue its efforts of enhancing COPS as both technology rollout and customer needs require. “We are always looking to provide the best possible rollout experience to whoever we work with, whether that is with the customer or the partner side,” stated Mazaris. These plans include examining the options of Google Maps integration for site reporting on a nationwide scale.
