ConservatoryLand to add DIY Conservatories Using Conservabase to their Show Site
The DIY conservatories company based in Mansfield plans to extend its display site for 2010, showing more styles and colours.
Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, October 28, 2009 (PressReleasePoint) -- Conservatory Land, specialist manufacturer and supplier of DIY conservatories in the UK have announced plans to add more show conservatories to their Mansfield show site in the coming months.
The company already has six DIY conservatories on show featuring various styles, sizes and glazing types and plan to start increasing their range by adding at least two more immediately with more to follow.
The first new additions will be of very different specifications to those already on show with a view to keep up with changing customer requirements, and in particular, solar control and self cleaning glass.
One conservatory will be a Victorian model in Rosewood PVCu and the other a Gable Front model in White PVCu.
The Victorian conservatory will feature Pilkington Activ Neutral self cleaning, solar control glass in the roof and Pilkington Activ Clear self cleaning glass in the frames, with the Gable Front conservatory featuring Pilkington Activ Blue self cleaning, solar control glass in the roof and Pilkington Activ Clear self cleaning glass in the frames.
Decorative glazing may also be added but that has not yet been confirmed.
Both conservatories will be installed on Conservatory Land’s new advanced modular steel base and dwarf wall system which they have branded conservabase.
Conservabase is the most advanced steel conservatory base system currently available in the UK and the company will take this opportunity to shoot a detailed video and time lapse photographs of the complete installation procedure including the base, frames and roof which they will feature on their website at www.conservatoryland.com as a visual fitting guide for their DIY conservatories.
David Bingham, Director of Conservatory Land says “We are really killing three birds with one stone here, this is the first time we will have developed an installation video for our conservatories, we will have more choice to show our customers and it will be a great way of marketing our conservabase system which we already selling with one in five of our DIY conservatories.”
Conservatory Land state that when their conservatories are purchased together with a conservabase, their customers can carry out their whole conservatory project themselves without the need for any builders or bricklayers, making the whole installation truly DIY.
