Consilium Software Expands Operations to North America with Appointment of Don Wilson as Vice President for New Business and Marketing

Singapore, 19 February 2010: Consilium Software has named Don Wilson as Vice President for New Business and Marketing for Americas and Europe, marking the Singapore-headquartered Unified Communications (UC) organization’s first hire outside the Asia Pacific. Consilium Software’s Overseas Sales & Marketing Office in Toronto, Canada will be the liaison point to grow its presence among partners and customers in the region. Wilson’s initial focus will be on increasing sales coverage of Consilium’s UniTM products and leveraging an advanced UC and contact center professional services portfolio.

Born in London and raised in Canada, Wilson has 20 years of sales, solution architecting and professional services experience in the contact center industry. He has developed and implemented successful sales strategies for complex multi-million dollar deals within North American and global account wins for leading contact center players.
