Consilium Software Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Krishnan KS as New Vice President for Sales Operations

Krishnan’s appointment as sales leader and strategic additions to the management team prepares Consilium for the next stage of growth launched last year with the introduction of JAFCO Asia as an investor in the business.

Singapore, 11 January 2011: Consilium Software (“Consilium”), a leading Unified Communications solutions company, today announced the appointment of Krishnan KS as Vice President, Sales Operations to drive the sales function, expand its customer base and entrench Consilium’s presence in target markets. Consilium also announced today other appointments as part of an updated strategic plan to advance its position as the Unified Communications market leader known for its solution approach, applications focus and proven track record globally.

Krishnan’s career spans more than 17 years in the IT industry. Before joining Consilium, he was the National Head , Commercial Accounts at Servion Global Solutions, India. He has held various senior level positions in sales, business development and professional services at Redington, HCL Infosystems, Acqueon Technologies and Dell.

Consilium also announced other organizational changes in the management team. Industry veteran Arvind Saksena takes the position of Senior Vice President with responsibility for the technical support and services functions. Aman Basra, as Vice President of Global Services, will be responsible for leading Consilium’s professional services. Harish Ruparel, who joined Consilium in November as Director, Unified Communications Practice will spearhead solution delivery.
