Reston, Va. – February 26, 2013 — Contact Solutions, a leading customer self-service solutions provider, announced today the appointment of Michael Southworth as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role as CFO, Southworth will join the executive team to help support the aggressive growth strategy for the award-winning company.

For the past two decades, Southworth has led companies from the start-up phase through major periods of growth, and has been behind over $100 million in private equity and debt financing. Prior to joining Contact Solutions, Southworth was Senior Vice President of Global Wireless Solutions at Corning. Southworth also served as COO and CFO of MobileAccess Networks, which was acquired by Corning in 2011.
