Convergys Mike Serpan Appointed to TSIAs Newly Established Partner Advisory Board

Cincinnati, Ohio - October 18, 2011 -- Convergys Corporation(NYSE: CVG) has announced that Mike Serpan, Vice President, Account Management, has been appointed a founding member of the newly established TSIA Partner Advisory Board. TSIA—theTechnology Services Industry Association—is the leading association for today’s technology services organizations.

The TSIA Partner Advisory Board will hold their first meeting during TSIA’s Technology Services World conference taking place in Las Vegas, Oct. 24-26. Convergys will also have a presence at the show as a partner, sponsor and exhibitor. 

“Members of the newly established TSIA Partner Advisory Board represent a wide range of product and service offerings, geographic markets, industry segments, and service disciplines,” said John Ragsdale, vice president of technology research for TSIA. “Members of the board will collaborate with TSIA executive management in order to further strengthen, develop, and support TSIA’s expansive partner community.
