Convergys Donates to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals

Convergys will be presenting a check in the amount of $1,250 to Children’s Miracle Network on Friday, March 1. This will be at Scholfield Hyundai East at 12:45pm on Friday, March 1st.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Via Christi Health (CMNH) helps children throughout Kansas (primarily western and south central Kansas) without regard to illness, ability to pay or physician’s hospital affiliation. Families connect with CMNH resources through a network of six regional hospitals serving over 50,000 children each year in 64 counties.

CMNH funds are used to provide assistance with expenses not covered by insurance such as: medications, therapy, hearing aids, wheelchairs, travel expenses to stay with hospitalized children, formula and diapers. CMNH’s patients, from birth to 21 years of age may be undergoing treatment for cancer, diabetes, cystic fibrosis, asthma, injuries, premature births, birth defects and many other conditions. Families also receive support as they encounter the overwhelming financial and emotional challenges of having a sick child.
