Customer service/sales, technical support opportunities available

(Cincinnati & Orem, Utah; November 8, 2011) – Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, is seeking candidates for 115 full- time, non-seasonal positions at its contact center in Orem, Utah.
 
Interested candidates from Utah and surrounding counties are invited to attend an on-site Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 10 at Convergys, 1409 N. Research Way in Orem. New employees will provide customer service/sales or technical support for Convergys clients in the cable/satellite, delivery, and technology industries. 

“Convergys recently celebrated its 15th anniversary as part of the Orem business community, and we’re looking for highly motivated individuals to handle inbound customer calls and provide information on client products and services,” said Jeff Green, site leader for the Convergys contact center in Orem.  “Working at Convergys as a customer service representative or technical support engineer also can be a great stepping stone to a long-term career in operations, recruitment, or training. In fact, more than 70 percent of Convergys’ customer service managers began their careers as agents.”
