- On-Site and Full-Time Positions Available for Customer Service Representatives -

(Cincinnati, Ohio & Pharr, Texas; January 18, 2013) - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hiring for 1,000 full-time on-site positions for its contact center in Pharr, Texas.

Interested candidates are invited to participate in an on-site job fair from 9am to 6pm. on Tuesday, January 22nd at the Convergys contact center, 500 N Jackson Road. Local staff and leadership will be available to address questions about these customer service positions, and share their perspectives on the value of employment with Convergys. New employees will provide superior service and sales support to customers of a leading telecommunications company.
