Convergys Wins TSIA Recognized Innovator Award for Innovation in Services

(Cincinnati; October 27, 2011) – TheTechnology Services Industry Association(TSIA) has namedConvergys Corporation(NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, the recipient of its Recognized Innovator Award for Innovation in Services. Convergys won the honor at the 2011Technology Services World(TSW) conference in Las Vegas, Oct. 24-27.

Convergys was awarded the honor for a business case study in which the company created a translation solution to deliver multilingual email and Web support for a global technology company. As a result of the increased efficiency of the solution, the company was able to increase its service response times and reduce costs.

The Recognized Innovator Awards is the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results. The Recognized Innovators in each category were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members.
