ANDOVER, MA, April 21, 2009. Copanion, Inc., an innovator in tax document automation, today announced that Greg Ferguson has joined its board of directors. A seasoned executive, Ferguson has served as CEO for many emerging software and hardware technology companies and brings more than three decades of experience in management and strategic development to the board.

Greg Ferguson currently holds the title of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Empirix, Inc. He moved into this role after serving two years as CEO for Empirix. He has also held CEO positions with Quallaby Corporation and Cadia Networks, where he was responsible for broad strategic direction. Among his many professional accomplishments, he has held executive positions with Xyplex Corporation and Microcom, Inc.
