Crossfit Movie To Premiere with Action On Film International Film Festival

The new Crossfit Film, EVERY SECOND COUNTS will make its Los Angeles World Premiere with the Action On Film International Film Festival in Pasadena CA, July 2009.

Head Action On Film International Film Festival Programmer Alan Bailey announced today that the new Crossfit Film, EVERY SECOND COUNTS will make its Los Angeles World Premiere with the AOF Festival during it's opening week, July 24, 2009 in Pasadena California. Bailey said, 'Crossfit is an international phenomenon that has taken the health and fitness industry by storm. People want to see this film and we want to show it to them. The AOF Festival is the best place for a film like this has all of the elements of a great story, great characters and a great documentary."

EVERY SECOND COUNTS is the story of the competitors from the 2008 Crossfit Games, arguably the most difficult physical challenge in human sport. Festival Creator, Del Weston said, "This is exactly the type of film that the AOF Festival was created for; a great film that will not be embraced by the traditional festival community. When I saw the screener for this film, I knew it was something our audiences would want to see."

Festival Programmer, Bailey went on to say, "This is a film that we will promote very heavily along with all of the other films we will showcase in 2009. We have even created an EVERY SECOND COUNTS SWEEPSTAKES where one lucky winner will receive a fantastic prize package that has been created expressly around this film." Bailey went on to say, "Both directors, Sevan Matossian and Carey Peterson should be very proud of their efforts."
The film will premiere July 24, 2009 at 7pm during the open week of the eight day festivities. The AOF Festival is now in its fifth year and will showcase over 500 projects in 2009.
