CSG International’s Enhanced Sales Edition Wins Product of the Year Award in Second Consecutive Award Win

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (Feb. 18, 2013) -CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), a global provider of software and services-based business support solutions that help clients generate revenue and maximize customer relationships, today announced the company has been named a winner of TMC's CUSTOMER magazine's 2012 Product of the Year Award. The editors of CUSTOMER selected companies to receive the esteemed Product of the Year Awards based on a demonstrated devotion to excellence in enhancing the customer experience and driving growth in the contact center industry through innovative products and services.

This is the second consecutive award win for CSG's Enhanced Sales Edition (ESE) solution which helps cable and satellite operators to more easily and effectively define and sell offers and products to their customers. By simplifying the configuration of offers, allowing for more prescriptive and descriptive display and presentation to the customer, CSG enabled this organization to simplify pricing and packaging options, drive increased sales and improve the customer experience.
