If the first sales after a product release are an indicator of future success, then the new ClickShare CSM Base Unit might well become very popular in 2014. Just launched at the end of November, our compact ClickShare presentation system has already found its way to the meeting rooms of the leading French telecom group SFR. ClickShare distributor IEC has delivered the first 131 of the 270 ordered CSM systems at SFR’s brand-new headquarters in Saint-Denis, north of Paris, as part of a larger order that includes a series of Barco solutions (LED rear-projection modules, projectors and LED displays).

SFR’s Real Estate Manager & Corporate Supplier Michel Moussa had been looking for an advanced, yet user-friendly meeting room presentation system for a while when he came across our ClickShare solution. He was invited to trial the product – which was still in a test phase – and was stunned at ClickShare’s ease-of-use. “Everyone suddenly wanted to book the meeting room featuring a ClickShare system,” he recalls.

All meetings big and small

SFR purchased ten original ClickShare units. The more compact CSM Base Unit that was ready for launch seemed like the ideal solution for SFR’s smaller meeting rooms, so 270 CSMs were ordered too. In addition, all SFR employees using smartphones and tablets have downloaded the ClickShare app.

“During the trial already, we’ve experienced how ClickShare really helps us save time, as we’re no longer struggling with cables, too low a resolution, device incompatibility, etc. Moreover, the ease of sharing information on the central meeting room screen, ensures that everyone is actively involved in the meetings, which surely enhances decision-making,” Moussa summarizes.
