On March 24, 2010, the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CTREIA) will be starting its 2010 Fast-Track Real Estate Team Coaching Program.

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CTREIA, is announcing its 2010 Team Coaching Program. This program begins on March 24, 2010, and will run for 6 months. This course is limited to 30 students, and those interested in participating are urged to fill out their application as soon as possible.

This program is designed for new and experienced real estate investors in Connecticut and the Northeast. This intensive program focuses on how to invest in multifamily houses, apartment buildings, and other rental property opportunities. The strategies that will be taught will help students maintain a consistent flow of profits from their investments. Being committed to real estate investments warrants many reasons to hire a coach. The main reason is to produce better results in an individual’s, or group’s, real estate business and help increase the return on investment.

This is a program that runs for 6 months and includes 3 hours classes 1 to 2 times per month. It also includes one-on-one consulting and deal reviews so that the student progresses quickly at his or her own pace. These classes give you specific, step-by-step investing information and allow you to role-play real life scenarios.

This extensive course includes: how to analyze and structure real estate deals, insider tips on hiring and working with contractors, how to avoid the costly mistakes that real estate investors can make, how to fill vacant properties, how to qualify tenants, property management training, property inspection training, how to deal with sellers that hold the mortgage, proven negotiating tactics, and much more. Students of this program also have one-on-one calls with a coach and unlimited deal reviews during the program.

The CTREIA Coaching Staff has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in Connecticut, both as a buyer and seller. Combined, they own hundreds of properties and thousands of rental units, including both residential and commercial properties. This program brings a whole new insight and skill level to the table. In order to be successful in real estate investing, investors need to look at a property, speak with owners, and submit offers. The homework assigned in this coaching program allows students to practice and master these skills for ultimate success.
