CTL Logistics, the largest independent Polish freight operator, carried 22.0% more tonnage in 2009 over 2008, maintaining the Company’s stable market share at 8.0%. Q4 2009 proved to be the best quarter in the Company’s history in terms of freight tonnage, contributing to an already excellent FY 2009. Total tonnage carried in 2009 by CTL stood at 16.9 million tones.

The Company operates at full capacity, which it believes is essential to remaining competitive in today’s difficult market conditions.

Looking ahead, one of the objectives for 2010 is to focus on a unique offer in the Polish market based on providing complex logistics services. Moreover, cross-border and intermodal freight remain priorities, particularly within the Poland-Germany axis where it operates a German subsidiary company.
