Since February 2010, CTL Logistics has managed the transport of FIAT vehicles manufactured in the Tychy plant, Poland, on behalf of Western European automotive importers. The average weekly volumes are comprised of three loaded drafts of trains operating between Tychy and Oberhausen in Germany.

CTL Logistics operates the service on the entire route, between the terminal at origin in Poland and the destination terminal in Germany. Each draft of trains is led by two locomotives, diesel and electric, which enables the trains to be loaded directly in the manufacturing plants.

Professional security guards oversee the trains until the state border is crossed and a GPS positioning system, located in the locomotives, enables customers to monitor the progress of the trains, within both Poland and Germany. Customs procedures at the German border do not take now more than two hours.
Until recently these services were offered by DB Schenker and PKP Cargo. However, given a shortened freight time, CTL transport coordination capabilities on both sides of the border and reduced overall operating costs, the client decided to retain CTL for further business.
