Datacraft Solutions, Inc. is announcing new features that are being added to its “web compliant solution.” These new enhancements provide Datacraft customers and their suppliers, with ease of use capabilities that further automate and mange inventory flow through the supply chain. These capabilities are easily updated via user configurable preference settings.

New Features:
The features in this latest release of the “Signum Product Suite” provide users with added flexibility and configurability in how they interact with and mange inventory flow in day-to-day operations.

There are three main focus areas associated with this release:
1. Order management
• Additional Order Management features provide users with the capability to view and adjust detail order information “on-demand”.
• New search features allow users to locate active as well as historical order records in real-time and make operational decisions. Searches may be initiated on a variety of criteria to assist in expediting record retrieval.
2. Audit Management
• Audit Management provides administrative users with details on configuration changes to vital information. The audit detail provides tracking of changes in mission critical data, identifies which user initiated the change and when the change was made.
3. Security Management
• Individual user level preference settings allow administrators to selectively decide how users may interact with and manage orders and order statuses. This level of security is essential in defining how users interact with information, as well as ensuring data integrity.
