Saunders also received the CBC Circle of Distinction Platinum Award for the fifth year by meeting criteria of producing a minimum of $750,000 in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income from franchisable commercial services for 2010.

About Dean Saunders
Specializing in land, conservation easements, and land/resource management, Saunders comes from a sixth-generation Florida agricultural family; earned a BSA from the University of Florida in Fruit Crops, Food and Resource Economics; and is a former legislator who assisted in the creation of important conservation legislation. He served as Agricultural Liaison, Special Assistant, and Director of External Affairs to US Senator Lawton Chiles.

He is the former chair of the Florida Real Estate Commission and one of an elite group of brokers nationwide to be certified as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) by the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). He also is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is past president of the Florida Chapter of RLI.
