Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors® (CFCAR) has awarded to Saunders the following Hallmark Awards recognition for 2010 Sales performance:
• #1 Land Producer of the Year
• #1 Producer in Polk County
• #2 Producer Overall
CFCAR services the Central Florida counties of Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia Counties.

The Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors® (FGCAR) has awarded to Saunders the following Pinnacle Award recognition for 2010 sales performance:
• #1 Top Producer Land – National Division
FGCAR services the Central Florida’s Gulf Coast counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota.

About Dean Saunders
Saunders has earned the #1 Global Producer Award in Coldwell Banker Commercial’s global affiliate network three times since affiliating in 2006. Specializing in land, conservation easements, and land/resource management, Saunders comes from a sixth-generation Florida agricultural family; earned a BSA from the University of Florida in Fruit Crops, Food and Resource Economics; and is a former legislator who assisted in the creation of important conservation legislation. He served as Agricultural Liaison, Special Assistant, and Director of External Affairs to US Senator Lawton Chiles.

He is the former chair of the Florida Real Estate Commission and one of an elite group of brokers nationwide to be certified as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) by the Realtors Land Institute (RLI). He also is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is past president of the Florida Chapter of RLI. In 2003, Saunders was selected as one of the exclusive nine “Notables” by the National Association of Realtors®.

Saunders is a member Realtor® of the Lakeland Association of Realtors®.
