Delcam ranked in “Top 100 Companies for Graduates to work for”

Delcam is pleased to announce that the company was ranked in the "Top 100 Companies for Graduates to work for” in the latest list produced by the Job Crowd website.  The rankings are based on more than 4,000 reviews written by employees in their first three years of work and placed on

"It is particularly pleasing to be included in the Job Crowd list of "Top Companies” because these rankings are based entirely on the views of new graduate employees,” commented Software Development Manager, Richard Barrett.  "The list includes many of the largest and best-known companies in the UK, so it is a real achievement for a medium-sized business like Delcam to be among the top 100.”

During 2013, Delcam added a total of 30 graduates and undergraduates to the staff at its Birmingham headquarters, a record number of recruits for the company’s annual intake.  These extra staff were added across the company in software development, engineering support and marketing.  The recruits included both new graduates in permanent positions and students wanting to gain employment experience during their courses that were given fixed-term placements. 

This latest round of new staff marks the fourth consecutive year when Delcam has added more than 20 recruits at its Birmingham headquarters, with many more new employees added at the company’s international network of subsidiaries.  The increasing scale of the company’s recruitment parallels the rapid growth in its global sales.

"We are already interviewing for a further round of placements and graduate recruits for 2014,” added Mr. Barrett.  "We will again be looking for first class applicants for all our departments.”
