A Southern drama, the play is set in Tennessee and is about two friends (Rick and Dan) who haven't seen each other in fifteen years. Dan is angry at Rick for having run off with his wife while Rick has had a self-described "Saul on the road to Damascus" spiritual awakening and is looking to make amends. When Rick shows up at Dan's door will they be able to put their differences aside and become friends again?

The son of an Army officer and stage actress from San Antonio, Texas, Estrada has had numerous Off-Off Broadway productions of his stage plays. His last staged play, "God, Man, & Stan" premiered at the Complex Theatre in Hollywood's Theatre Row. Wendy Williams of NewYorkCool.com writes, "Estrada is multi-talented" while Show Business Weekly calls him a "maverick writer-actor-director." His TV appearances include World's Astonishing News!, Grey's Anatomy, and Saturday Night Live.

Estrada's play "The Yale Diaries" was published earlier this year by Desert Road and was recently named December's Book of the Month by All Books Review (www.allbookreviews.com). The playwright's next play "The Life & Dubious Times of George Dubya Bush" will be staged in Los Angeles early next year. One Acts of Note 2008, an anthology of America's best One-Act Plays will be published by Desert Road in January 2009.
