The digital insulation resistance tester is designed to predict, prevent and identify insulation failures in

Toronto, Canada - GAO Comm has released its digital insulation resistance tester, which is designed to predict, prevent and identify insulation failures. These digital insulation resistance testers are used to test most electric equipment and insulation materials such as transformers, electro-motors, cables, switches and appliances.
The digital insulation resistance tester, model 803, measures alternating current and tests insulation resistance up to 2000MΩ and voltage below 750V AC. The tester features an auto step measurement function which enables it to gather insulation data at difference voltages. With a built-in high power voltage generator, the output testing voltage is adjustable via a rotating switch among 250V, 500V and 1000V depending on specific requirements. The tester has a backlit LCD screen making it suitable for use under bright sunlight or in poorly lit environments. In addition, it is encapsulated within a rugged, molded plastic case, making the tester a valuable tool for field test.
