'Controller Solution Generator' Database Passes 2000 Connection Diagram Milestone.

Morgan Hill, CA, May 13, 2009 -- Flat panel integrators will be extremely familiar with Digital View's Controller Solution Generator. This unique tool, designed to help LCD engineers select the perfect flat panel for their applications, is one of the most heavily accessed LCD reference tools on the web.

Built up over 10 years, the Controller Solution Generator - which lists the key specifications of an astounding 800 LCD panels from 27 different manufacturers - has this week passed the 2000 connection diagram milestone.

The online database allows search by manufacturer, resolution or size, and enables customers to quickly review all available LCD models and the relevant Digital View interface combinations to match. The database covers more than 370 connections for Sharp, 280 for LG, 220 for Samsung, 200 for NEC, plus others for AU Optronics, Toshiba, Optrex, Litemax and many more. The 2000th connection diagram was for the latest NEC 22.5" NL192120AC25-02, an exciting new 10 bit, 1 billion colour LCD that connects to Digital View's latest interface product, the 120Hz SVX-1920.
