New Switchvox Solutions Category Adds Value for Users, Integrators and Developers

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., March 2, 2011-

Digium®, Inc., the Asterisk® Company, announced it is adding a new listing category to AsteriskExchange dedicated to custom applications for Switchvox^TM, the company's line of VoIPbusiness phone systems. Switchvox provides an easy way to create custom applications that integrate the communications system with business processes to improve productivity. Individuals and companies who are already developing for Switchvox are encouraged to promote and potentially sell their applications in this new category on AsteriskExchange. To jump-start the development and promotion of the Switchvox Solutions category and the AsteriskExchange, the standard fees are being waived for all Asterisk and Switchvox-related listings.

Initial Switchvox applications are available now through the AsteriskExchange, such as a custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration solution created by Stauffer Technologies, Inc. (STI), a Switchvox reseller and Digium certified partner based in Cleveland, Ohio.
