Document Dialog Implements SDL Tridion / Pitney Bowes Solution TriDoc at De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar
SDL Tridion, leading provider of Web Content Management Solutions, today announces that Document Dialog successfully implemented TriDoc at De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar. TriDoc is a SDL Tridion and Pitney Bowes combined solution which blends Output Management with Content Management. TriDoc allows De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar to improve its time to market and strongly increase the ease of use for its business users.
Combing Output and Content Management gives insurance company time-savings of 200%
De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar replaced its existing document generation system for TriDoc to improve the handling of the monthly total of 300.000 billing notifications, reimbursement statements, account overviews and other personalized documents. As a result of implementing the TriDoc solution, De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar has accelerated its high-volume personalized print processes and has significantly simplified the internal processes required to create mailings.
Hans van Breeden, Functional System Manager, De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar said: “Cost and time savings are significant. Production time went down from 1.000 letters every 45 minutes to 1.000 letters every 2 minutes. Our total time saving is pushing the 200 percent. With the use of TriDoc, our call center employees can access documents that were sent to our customers in real time. They are now able to look into the relevant documents or even search for other documents when a customer at a service desk mistakenly brings the wrong letter.”
Martin van de Par, Head of the Document Center at De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar keeps a close look on all the document flows within the organisation, regarding input and output: “Documents are still the most important medium for contact with our customers. Although we introduced digital communication – specific websites and email – some time ago, the amount of physical output within De Friesland is still very large. Documents are still and will always be our business card.”
Document Dialog and De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar came to the conclusion that TriDoc, a combined solution from Doc1 and SDL Tridion would be the most effective. Erik Aeyelts Averink, President of SDL Tridion explains: “The first proof of concept confirmed that the solution would fit De Frieslands’requirements. Tridoc delivers the best of both worlds, output management and content management.
According to strategic partner Document Dialog the most important benefit of TriDoc is that the business users are in charge in stead of the IT department. Ton van Raaij, Managing Director at Document Dialog explains: “We were able to implement a innovative solution for managing documents within the month. This will help De Friesland Zorgverzekeraar to be less dependent on the IT, to be more efficient, to significantly reduce costs and shorten their time-to-market. We are delighted to play a important part in De Friesland’s success story.”
