Dolmans Group Introduces Innovative Claims Handling Using Xactware Software

AMSTERDAM 7th November 2011 (PressReleasePoint) /Targetwire/ — The Dolmans Group, a leading full-service mitigation and reconstruction firm, is the first organisation in the Dutch property insurance industry to adopt Xactware's claims estimation and management solutions to improve home claims service and increase customer satisfaction.

Xactware's tools include its claims estimating software, Xactimate®, and its claims management software, XactAnalysis®, which allow estimators to create estimates quickly and analyse real-time information on all aspects of the property repair process. These solutions help produce faster turnaround times, better workflow, and a more transparent exchange of claim information among customers, insurers, insurance adjusters, contractors, and specialist services. Xactware's software also gives customers more control over the assignment process and claims management.
