Dr. Bob Arnot Kicks Off Educational Tour on New H1N1 Flu Killing Molecule
Dr. Bob Arnot kicks off educational tour on the dangers of H1N1 flu contaminated touch surfaces and the new biotechnology in EPA-registered SpectraSan-24.
North Canton, Ohio – Dr. Bob Arnot kicks-off a national educational tour on the silent threat of H1N1 flu contaminated touch surfaces and the new biotechnology in EPA-registered SpectraSan-24 (http://www.spectrasan.com) that kills bacteria, fungus and viruses including Influenza A (H1N1 or Swine Flu).
Dr. Arnot launched his educational tour with a series of nationwide television interviews explaining the dangerous threat of H1N1 flu contaminated touch surfaces and how they are a greatly underestimated element in spreading the virus.
Television studios interviewing Dr. Arnot were able to swab their cameras, microphones, anchor desks, and telephones, etcetera. During the interview Dr. Arnot revealed the results of the swabs showing the contaminated surfaces on air.
“The H1N1 or Swine flu virus is incredibly resistant, living up to twenty-two hours, or three times longer than other flu viruses, on hard surface such as copy machine buttons, steering wheels, subway poles, elevator buttons, nurses’ station computers, toys, school desks, lunchroom trays, and door knobs. In short, we’re all told to cover our mouths and wash our hands but are rarely warned to avoid or disinfect the touch surfaces that harbor the virus,” says physician and popular television medical correspondent Dr. Bob Arnot, who serves as chief medical educator for www.TouchSurfaces.org.
“I recommend the new biocide in SpectraSan-24 as a hard surface disinfectant. I have found it a highly effective weapon in eradicating H1N1, MRSA, VRE, and other dangerous pathogens commonly spread on hard surfaces,” says Dr. Arnot.
Touch surfaces are found anywhere and everywhere: homes, schools, day care centers, gyms, YMCA’s, camps, hotels, nursing homes, long term care facilities, hospitals, cars, busses, airplanes and the work place. They include such surfaces as toys, table tops, light switches, door knobs and handles, copier machine buttons, elevator buttons, lunch trays, nurses’ station computer keyboards, undersides of arm rests in cafeterias, water faucets and so many more.
