DTS to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2009 Financial Results

CALABASAS, Calif.-February 8, 2010--DTS, Inc. (Nasdaq:DTSI) today announced
that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal
year ended December 31, 2009 following the close of the market on Monday,
February 22, 2010. DTS will also host a corresponding conference call and
live webcast at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

A live webcast of the call will be available from the Investor Relations
section of the Company's corporate website atwww.dts.comand via replay
beginning two hours after the completion of the call. To access the
