CLEVELAND… Power management company Eaton today announced that Tobi Gibbons has been named director, Corporate HR. She will be responsible for the Corporate HR business partner teams as well as managing other corporate HR initiatives in North America.
“Gibbons has a strong track record of focusing on talent management, employee engagement, organization design and all aspects of ensuring high performing teams,” said Kimberly Kazarinoff, vice president, HR Programs.
Gibbons most recently served as senior manager, Corporate HR. Since joining Eaton in 2004, she has held HR positions of increasing responsibility in the Electrical Sector as well as in HR Functional Excellence and Corporate HR.
Prior to joining Eaton, Gibbons held HR roles in the defense industry and began her career as an officer in the United States Army. Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Washington’s Honors College in Seattle, and a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma’s Army Exchange Program in Germany.
